A client of mine, a highly accomplished business leader, had the marketing foundations in place. We’d built a roadmap, developed personas for her, her business partner and the company, set clear messaging and created a content strategy.
We knew LinkedIn was a key channel for visibility so we built a content program, drafted posts and lined up a rollout plan. But this wasn’t a space she naturally felt at home in.
So we worked together. The first post, written by me, reviewed and refined by her with a photo I took went live.

🔥 Nearly 100 reactions (celebrations, insights, acknowledgments)
💬 Eight thoughtful comments—four from her network, four from new voices
🔄 Two reposts—people saw value and amplified it
That’s LinkedIn visibility in action.
She’s already had calls as a result. And in future meetings people will no doubt mention this post. Because LinkedIn isn’t just another platform, it’s where leaders create visibility and reach hundreds or even thousands of people with one click of “publish.”
For every 100 people who engage another 1,000 are watching. Seeing. Noticing. Remembering.
Your network needs to see you. Are they?
